How many miles on car?
Put a vacuum gage on the engine and report the reading and any needle fluctuations. Here is a link to help interpret the gage

At idle my engine reads 20.5" Hg with no needle fluctuations and 1"Hg higher at 2000 rpm in neutral.

Do an oil spot test on a white business card and post the results and tell us how many miles on the oil. Here is a link on interpertation :

These visual tests are very helpful as the oil ages.Just keep a record.

Have you ever cut oprn your filter after an oil change? Consider doing that to inspect what is on the paper element. Hope no noticable metal. Get a magnet when doing this to aid in scaning the paper element.
